Definition of Customised Products
All pineapple chocolate gift boxes sold by our store are custom-made based on individual customer orders and are not ready-stock items.
Incurred Costs
Upon order confirmation, the store has already incurred actual costs, including but not limited to labour, time, procurement of fresh pineapples, chocolates, packaging materials, and production processes.
These costs are non-recoverable.
Refund Limitation
Therefore, if a customer requests a return or refund after the product has been produced, delivered, or collected, due to personal reasons,
👉 the store is unable to provide a 100% full refund.
Refund Handling
If a refund is approved at the store’s discretion, the refundable amount shall be subject to deductions for all incurred production, material, logistics, and administrative costs, and only the unused portion (if any) will be refunded.
